DJ + Leticia {Married!}
Pateros, WA Wedding Photographer

It was Saturday morning and we had just dropped off our daughter with Justin's parents for the weekend when we started our long drive to Eastern Washington. Feeling the warm breeze and seeing the Columbia River sparkled in the sun, we made our way to a town called Pateros.

Upon arriving at our hotel, Howard's on the River, we were greeted by the hustle and bustle of a wedding preparation in progress. The make up artist was putting touch ups on the bride, the bridesmaids were running around, and the guys were just...... not there yet :)

They did not want to see each other prior to the wedding ceremony so we took extra precautions to make sure the groom did not see the bride. It was almost like a game of hide-and-seek!

Under the clear blue summer sky with not a single cloud in sight, Leticia walked down the aisle with her brother Athan. We witnessed the day DJ and Leticia became husband and wife with the glittering Columbia River as the backdrop.

Now that we had the ceremony over with, it's time to have some fun with the Bride & Groom Formal Portrait Session. It was the first time they were able to be with each other, relax, and get some photographs done while the guests mingle at cocktail hour.

I love the chemistry between the two newlyweds. They were so natural in front of the camera and were not shy at all about cuddling up and smooching. That look, Leticia... Rawr!

The reception was held at the Lakeshore Inn Event Center. The effort they put into personalizing the details of the reception is so adorable.

DJ and Leticia even spared some time for us to photograph them in the evening! I love being able to capture sunset pictures, it feels like the perfect ending for a perfect wedding day.

Meanwhile, it was time for the guests to party at the reception hall!

Thank you again, DJ and Leticia, for trusting us to photograph your once in a lifetime event. We couldn't be any happier to be your wedding photographers. Here is to many, many beautiful years ahead!
